We carry chicken cuts (whole and ½ fryers, boneless skinless breasts, marinated breasts, ground chicken and chicken patties) from Gerber’s Poultry (www.gerbers.com). They are raised without antibiotics or additives, on a vegetarian diet.
We also carry turkey products (whole turkeys, breast fillets, ground turkey and sausage products, turkey bacon) from Bowman & Landes (www.bowmanlandes.com). They are located near Dayton, Ohio and the turkeys are raised in the open air and sunshine without antibiotics, on vegetable feed. We offer fresh turkeys and turkey breasts for the Holidays between October 31 and year-end, but can provide frozen turkeys throughout the entire year.
