Peel and section 1 large grapefruit.
In a small bowl whisk together 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 ½ teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro.
Toss together 2 cups torn lettuce and the grapefruit sections.
Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
